Registration closes on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 12:30pm. The program will operate on a rolling admission schedule. This is to guarantee that students get the maximum amount of time needed to successfully complete his/her course.
Please allow 24-48 hours for enrollment processing. You will experience a longer wait time if you registered on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Registrations placed on these days will be processed the following Monday. Please know that course access may take a few days.
Bridges Virtual provides online summer courses for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Bridges Virtual accepts credit card, cash, or check. The pricing is as follows:
Credit Recovery: $300 per semester course, due at the time of registration. Some elective courses courses cost $360 due to the provider costs.
Full/Initial Credit: $375 per semester course, due at the time of registration.
*Some English courses may require the purchase of physical texts such as novels. Students would be responsible for purchasing these materials.
There are no refunds for course costs. Students must pay the full course cost regardless of whether or not they complete the requirements of the course or earn credit for the course.
All cash payments must be exact change and made in person at the Bucks County IU #22 in Doylestown during regular summer business hours (Monday-Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm).
Checks should be made payable to the “Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22” and should be sent with a copy of the completed registration form. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee, beyond any charges from the customer’s financial institution. All check payments can be mailed to the following address:

Bridges Virtual does not provide computer hardware such as a laptop or printer, nor does Bridges reimburse for Internet connectivity. Students are responsible for providing all technology to complete their course work. Students must have access to a computer and the internet in order to complete coursework.
1. Verify that your child’s district will accept credit for Bridges Virtual courses.
3. Login information will be emailed directly to the student, parent, and district upon successful registration and payment. This email indicates that the student may begin coursework.
4. Students have a maximum of 60 calendar days from the course start date to complete coursework; however, your child’s district may require a deadline prior to the 60 day time period. Please be mindful of this date.
Bridge’s Learning Mentor, Mrs. Pamela Dinan, will monitor time on task, quality of work, and assignment completion. She will also provide regular progress updates to the home school district as requested, students, and parents.
Local district-assigned liaisons and parents are encouraged to monitor student progress and success by accessing regular progress reports and grade updates using the Coach account login provided by Bridges Virtual.
Technical and Instructional Support information will be provided once a student has been enrolled in the course.
Final grades will be sent directly to your child’s home district. Bridges Virtual will not provide final grades to students or parents. To obtain your final grade, please contact your child’s home district.
